We, the Save Tamils movement, an independent movement of IT professionals, campaign for the political and human rights of Tamils in Sri Lanka. The movement was formed in November 2008 to campaign against Sri Lankan government’s large scale bombing of civilian areas, using food and medicine as weapons of war, blocking international media/aid agencies from entering the war zone and the current humanitarian crisis prevailing in the militarized camps housing three lakh civilians.
